Applied Behavioural Analysis

Applied Behavioural Analysis or ABA is a form of therapy that targets of learning and behaviour. ABA follows a pattern of A-B-C which is antecedents that occurs before the behaviour, behaviours that occur due to the present of the antecedent that lead to the consequence and consequences which is the result of the behaviour occurring.

How can ABA help me?

Motivations: Understanding the reason behind behaviour as for attention, escape, sensory, tangible options.

Behaviour: Actions that we demonstrate for a particular reason

Consequences: The result of our actions that may have either a desirable or unwanted outcome.
