Emotion-Focused Therapy

Emotionally Focused Therapy or EFT is a form of therapy that brings emotions to the forefront of the conversation where the focus in the process and understanding our emotions and partners emotions. EFT looks at areas of attachment and understanding patterns that individuals and couples fall into and how we can be encouraged to speak about emotions without stonewalling those around us.
