Family Dynamics: Family, to some, is the most important thing in life. It is how the family works together as a unit and as individuals that brings out the upmost potential. Although, family dynamics can be challenging and lead to ruptures between members without even noticing the rips occurring. Examples are,

Work-Life Balance: Finding methods to provide for yourself while maintaining a healthy lifestyle with work to reduce areas of exhaustion and fatigue.

Divorce: Tensions with splitting assets, living situation, childhood in a appropriate manner.  

Quality Time: Making time for loved one’s together and individually with wants and needs.

Family conflict: Conflicts and ruptures between parents, siblings, parents and children from basic wants to important values, ethics and morals.

Boundary setting: Learning and respecting boundaries set by yourself and loved one’s

Communication hurdles: Attempts to understand and express yourself and others sincerely.
