Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or CBT is one of the newer waves of therapy that targets one’s thoughts, feelings and behaviours to identify negative thoughts, core beliefs, underlying assumptions all about oneself and situations. CBT focuses on the here and now with a problem-focused and goal-oriented structure.
